Proje Konusu | The aim of this project is to produce ZnO seed layer on p-type silicon substrate with different thicknesses and produce nanorod structures by hydrothermal method. To create nanofiber structures consisting of graphene/conductive polymer (Polyvinylpyyrolidone (PVP)) by electrospinning method on nanorod structures. At the same time, the use of SiO2/TiO2 double layer anti-reflective coating (ARC) is used to increase light absorption. Au-Pd or Pt-Pd coating is applied as rectifier and ohmic contact, and the effect on electrical and photovoltaic properties will be investigated. Current-voltage (I-V) measurement methods will be used in a wide range of temperatures and will be examined comparatively. These constructions are based on the basic factors such as ideality factor (n), potential barrier height (ΦB), series resistance (Rs), short circuit resistance (Rsh), density of donor atoms (ND), width of depletion region (WD). These electrical parameters will be examined. By taking these basic parameters into consideration, performance and efficiency will be compared. |
