Özet |
In today's world where tourism destinations offer similar products, it is of great importance to maintain a competitive advantage. One of the main resources and attractions that destinations must have to make this advantage sustainable is market ties. Market ties are trips based on connecting with residents, and the most common type can be said to be visiting friends and/or relatives (VFR). TSI, according to the purpose of the trip is divided into seven categories held in Turkey. It includes statistics on people visiting relatives in one of the categories. However, there is very limited information about VFR, especially in Turkish literature.
