Özet
This research aims to describe the biochemical composition of fertilized eggs of striped bream, Pagellus erythrinus (Linnaeus, l 758) and their protein, ash, Inoisture, lipid and fatty acid% contents. The results showed that striped bream eggs have a value of moisture, protein, ash and lipid; 74.2006, 11.27.-l. 15, 2.03+ 020 and 4.73+ 0, l 5%, respectively. Fatty acid analysis showed that striped brean eggs contain saturated fatty acid of 36.88 0.025%, monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) of 32.610. 240% and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) of 30.42= 0.1 75%. Moreover, contents Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) of 460-0036%, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) of 16 660077%, Arachidonic acid (AA) of 1.120, 033%, w-3 of 23.06% and w-6 of 7.36% were also determined.
