| In today's ever-evolving economic climate, new ideas are the lifeblood of any successful enterprise. To gain and keep an edge in a competitive market, businesses need to adopt novel approaches to conducting business. Effective management of resources created and shared through social ties is necessary for the fulfillment of creative projects. As a result, social capital is crucial in fostering creativity and originality. Companies' ability to innovate is directly tied to the extent to which they leverage the expertise of their workforce to create value for the business. Only when workers are open to taking part in knowledge sharing activities can companies start to deal with knowledge efficiently.
