| Özet |
| In this study, the logistic service quality of the manufacturing companies and the effect of the logistics information technologies on logistics and firm performance were investigated. For this purpose, data were collected from 164 manufacturing companies operating in Gaziantep, Adıyaman and Kahramanmaraş. The data were analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that the quality of logistics service significantly affects logistics and firm performance in the positive direction. The use of information technology has also been found to significantly affect logistics and firm performance in the positive direction. |
