| Employee health and safety is one of the most important elements of the Human Resource Management Process. Patient safety is one of the main indicators of quality health service delivery. Both patient safety and employee health and safety also increase productivity in hospitals. In order for hospitals to achieve these results, both managers and employees need to prioritize safety. It is expected to show a committed attitude and take responsibility for all of its stakeholders. This study was conducted to provide empirical support for claiming that job safety culture is a determinant of patient safety culture. For this purpose, employees of all public and private sector hospitals in Elazığ province center were accepted as main mass and data were collected. Survey technique was used to collect data.
