| In the article, the adaptability of the criminology theory “broken windows” to corporate culture is discussed. In this study, the main lines of broken windows theory are mentioned, the applicability of the theory to corporate culture is examined qualitatively and hypotheses are presented. As a result of a cumulative literature review, it is argued that the theory is adaptable to corporate culture and likely will contribute to it |
