In today's business world, in which being competitive and making this sustainable becomes more difficult, organizations should support their employees in every field to make them individuals who demonstrate more innovative, unique, risk-taking and proactive behaviors. Under the circumstances of more imitable and more similar management approaches, technology, product range and continuously changing consumer behaviors organizations have to change and develop themselves. For being successful in this change and development process, organizations can motivate their employees' intrapreneurship performance and keep organizational sustainability by providing support to them regarding organizations most important resource.
