Özet
The movement of people has almost become one of the most important points of social life since the beginning of human history. Migration is defined as a displacement between two locations. It is an individual process at the same time as it is a social, economic, cultural, and political phenomenon. In the literature reasons of migration explained broadly. Whatever the reasons for leaving from their country or regions or how they are met in the place they go, immigrants experience adaptation difficulties. The migration act is firstly considered as a displacement movement, but it is a fact that it has caused extensive changes on individuals and communities with its reasons and results. Acculturation can be seen as a migration problem for people who move to a new country. It means the cultural change process which an individual takes over in the wake of cultural contact. Being as a migration reality, acculturation draws attention based on the difficulties that international companies can be face in cultural side.
