| Chagatai language, which had an important place in the century especially during the Timurid dynasty period, developed through Khwarazm language from Karakhanid in other words Hakaniye Turkish language, which is the continuation of the old Turkish language, has become the official, literary and cultural language of many Turkish communities. Chagatay a controversial term among Turkologists takes this name from the second son of Genghis Khan. In this study, we have transcribed the text of Chagatay Turkic script and prepared dictionary and named it" Tarikatname". |
