| Özet |
| During the Soviet Union, there were a lot of exiles and massacres which were carried out by the Stalin administration. The process began with Stalin becoming secretary general of the Communist Party. From this date until the war's bells, the massacres were more likely motifs of the barriers to eliminate the Regime. In the first phase of the Second World War, there were security driven exiles, however at the end of 1943 when it started clear that the war is ending and in that point there were taken decisions to make the mass exiles as the unwanted elements. Therefore, the research was examined by dividing into three parts: Kulak, political cleaning (repression) and mass exile. As a result of the study, it is tried to prove that these exile and massacres are the product of the strategic mind that has been going on since the empire. |
