| Özet |
| The fishes are appropriate bioindicator for screening the citogenetics effects of toxics, chemicals and human factors in aquatic ecosystems. NOR phenotype of subtelo or acrosentic chromosome short arms of the populations of Cyprinidae family Beyler Lake (Kastamonu) Squalius cephalus (L. 1758) is point structure according to “One-Step” method. NOR number is two per genom. The NOR marker can be used in the evaluation of pollutant solution in river basin, for the better characterization of aquatic ecosystems. |
