| Özet |
| Osteomas are slow growing, regular bordered, benign neoplasms of the osseos tissue. They are the most common benign neoplasm of paranasal sinuses while frontal sinus is the most frequent localization. When it is symptomatic, headache and facial pain are most common symptoms. In this report we presented a very rare patient with multiple frontal sinus osteomas. A 54-year-old male referred to our clinic with three years history of headache. A computerized tomography (CT) was performed which revealed three masses with osseous density at both frontal sinuses. Combined endoscopic and external approaches were performed to completely resect the tumors. The histopathological result was osteoma. |
