Özet
Drawing upon the conservation of resources (COR) theory, this study contextually examines the relationship between workplace incivility and employees' psychological well- being, and the moderating effect of religiosity on this relationship. Following a quantitative approach, data were collected from 199 employees from different service industries in Jordan and the hypotheses were tested with partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLSSEM) using SmartPLS 3.3.3. The findings show that workplace incivility negatively affects employees' psychological well-being, and intrinsic religiosity buffers this adverse effect. Our study brings to fore the concept of religiosity, an important yet neglected personal resource.
