Özet
The issue of seasonal employee leadership has never been studied in the previous investigations; however unmotivated seasonal employee is one of the most important challenges in the tourism industry. This study aims to understand vital practices of a successful seasonal employee leadership and contribute to literature. This paper concentrates on a qualitative study. Hotel managers and employees were interviewed in northern Cyprus. We used judgmental sampling method in choosing hotels. This study gained nine major headings from the participants for effective management of seasonal employees. The results present critical seasonal employee leadership practices and policies on seasonal employee management.
