| Özet |
| The aim of this study is to examine the efficiency of the psycho-education program, which was developed to increase the career adaptabilities of prospective psychological counsellors. The dependent variable of the study was the level of career adaptability. The study utilized both experimental and qualitative research methods. In this study, a pre-test, a post-test and a follow-up test were applied as the experimental design, and the experimental design was performed in both control and experimental groups. The Mann Whitney U-Test, the Repeated Measures of Variance Analysis technique and the sentence-based content analysis technique were used to analyze the data.
