| English The period of Reforms was one of the most important time because some important changes were carried out in the Ottoman political life during this period. In this period, the thought of Ottomanism was the main idea and it was felt in very area. Education was one of the most important area in which the Ottomanism was felt and seen. While radical changing living in education, the idea of Ottomanism had a great influence in this changing. This thought formed the foundation of broadening the rights of non-Muslims in the education area and the opinion of National Education. |
