Özet
Today, it is clear that the concept of food production and food safety must be dealt with together. It is not possible to talk about a commercial success when food safety is not applied. Reliable food cannot be obtained at all stages of production unless necessary control measures are taken. In this case, public health hazards can enter the food chain from many different points and may adversely affect production. Therefore, the entry point or points of each hazard should be determined and necessary precautions should be taken at these points. Contagion occurring at one point in the food chain also affects the next stage of production. Thus, even if the other steps of the food chain are successful, the result is negative. What is the concept of food chain, which has an important place in food safety?
