| Özet |
| Morphological features of pollen of 12 Turkish taxa of the complex genus Genista L. were examined using light (LM) and scanning electron (SEM) microscopy. The pollen is tricolpate, syncolpate, triparasyncolpate and tetracolpate. The shape is generally suboblate and rarely oblate-spheroidal. The exine is usually microreticulate and rarely retipilate and perforate. The results indicate that the value of pollen characters for taxonomic applications is limited for Genista. |
