Özet |
Because of the strong association of DNA to CTAB containing vesicles, CTAB is widely used in model systems. Cetyl Trimethyl ammonium bromide as a cationic surfactant and also CTA (Cetyl trimethyl ammonium) were studied. After optimization, the values of thermodynamic functions, chemical shifts and Mulliken charges were obtained by Freq and NMR calculations in Gaussian program. Good results were obtained corresponding the experimental data. |
