Özet |
This study is the translation of the section "What, so what, now what" in the book titled "Evidence-based Librarianship: case studies and active learning exercises". The translation of the section titled "Evidence-based librarianship Down Under: improving a nation's resource-sharing" in the same book was previously made again for the Journal of Turkish Librarianship. The authors of this section, Carla Brooks et al., previously worked for some administrative and technical departments of the Mardigian Library at the University of Michigan-Dearborn in the USA. With a teamwork and consultancy support launched in 2003, it was aimed to investigate the service quality of the Mardigian Library.
