| This article gives information on the various activities held jointly at three different universities between the dates 21-23 April 2016 by teaching staff representing the Hacettepe University and Kastamonu University Information and Records Management Departments. These activities, which can be considered the steps of the joint synergy developing between Turkey and Azerbaijan within a scientific, social and cultural context, were held at the Qafqaz University, the Azerbaijan National Sciences Academy Baku State University Library and Information Faculty and the Azerbaijan State Civilizations and Fine Arts University. |
