Examination of recreational source values in Kastamonu-Bartin Kure Mountains National Park.

Özet
In 2000, an area of 37 000 ha within the planning region with a total area of 114 000 ha that belongs to the National Park of Kastamonu-Bartin Küre Mountains, located on Küre Mountains found in West Black Sea Division of Black Sea Region, Turkey, has been declared as a national park. It is seen that this region, which is an important recreational area of West Black Sea Division, carries important natural, cultural and recreational values. In this paper, the recreation and ecotourism concepts of the park which gains attention through its natural, cultural and aesthetic influences were explained and a general definition of the region was made. The activities in the National park such as tracking, wildlife watching, scene viewing, taking photographs, rafting, canyoning, and its recreational values were examined to determine their effect on natural source values.
