Özet
In this study, the growth stages of the 1+0 and 2+0 aged bare rooted seedlings, grown with routine nursery cultural practices, from different provenances, were investigated with "changing in dry matter content" method in Eskisehir Forest Nursery. In the context of research, the time of initial growth, fast growth, hardening, lignifications and real dormancy periods were identified in a year on the seedling grown with routine practices. The main purpose of the study is to specify the optimum time and regimes of fertilization, irrigation, root cutting, thinning, weeding and uprooting. As a conclusion, for 2+0 aged Taurus cedar seedlings, dormancy-end, growing and fast growing, slowing, lignifications phases were defined as the period from early-March to mid-April, early-May to early July, late-July to mid-August, after mid-September, consequently.
