| Özet |
| As known well, the number of the microscopical fungi spores suspended in the atmosphere varies within a range from 20.000 to 2 million and they cause allergic reactions including asthma at some inhabitants. Some of the recent studies on those aerospores found in Turkey focused on identification of the spores collected using different methods. Gravimetric and volumetric methods were used for this purpose. Two procedures such as petri plate gravitational method and Durham trap are used in gravimetric method, while Burkard or Lanzoni traps are used in volumetric method. Some genera (Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Penicillium, Fusarium, Rhizopus, Alternaria, Mycelia and Scrohulariopsis) were observed dominantly using by petri plate gravitational method in some cities; Ankara, Edirne, Eskisehir, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Manisa, Samsun and Trabzon. The samples collected in Aksaray, Antalya, Burdur, Bursa, Cankiri, Duzce, Eskisehir, Karabuk, Sivas and Zonguldak provinces were surveyed by Durh... |
