| The economic, social and technological developments (Mercan & Pak, 2014) that have taken place especially in the last fifty years in the world have caused significant transformations and changes in the perception and implementation of tourism. This change and transformation experienced in tourism activities has not only been quantitative like the increase in number of tourists and income, but also qualitative changes in tourism demand and preferences (Avcıkurt & Köroğlu, 2008). At the beginning of these qualitative changes there is a strong belief that the traditional 3 S (sun-sea-sand) tourism is a tendency towards natural tourism (Curtin, 2013; Machnik, 2013; Çeken et al., 2012; Duran, 2012; Küçük, 2013; Özdemir Yılmaz & Kafa Gürol, 2012; Aydoğdu, 2012; Çimen & Abacı, 2012; Kılıç & Kurnaz, 2010; Uçar, 2010; Yılmaz & Karahan 2003; Soykan, 2003: Soykan, 2006). As a matter of fact, lots of negativity such as noise, environmental pollution, uniformity and stress brought by urbanism today is driving the urbanite to various searches. One of these quests, perhaps the most important, is the current tendency to go where people can be with nature. This tendency, which often requires going to natural environment, outside the places that are constantly experienced, has given birth to what is called" rural tourism". However, it is seen that some of the factors related to the rural areas originated from some factors besides the necessity of the urban people to be intertwined with nature.
