| Technological developments affect the field of education as they affect every field. Artificial intelligence (AI) has been used in education since the beginning of the 21st century. AI is a form of technology in which some functions created by humans are processed, and what is learned in the following stages is developed and made available to humans. AI is used in education in several ways. By assisting and increasing the efficiency and personalization of the learning process, AI tools, and technologies can collaborate with the teachers, facilitate administrative tasks, provide differentiated and personalized instruction to students with adaptive content, curriculum, and feedback, provide universal access to all students, including those with visual and hearing impairments; grade exams and homework; and support and teach students outside of the classroom. |
