| Abstract The article" Diverticulitis with Colovenous Fistula and Pylephlebitis: Imaging Findings of a Rare Case" discusses a case of a 47-year-old female patient with diverticulitis complications. Imaging studies revealed colovenous fistula and pylephlebitis, which are serious conditions that require prompt diagnosis and management. The optimal imaging modality for diagnosing these conditions is CT, which can show gas densities in the portal venous system.
