Özet
In this experimental study, the effects of carbon nanotube (CNT) addition to diesel and diesel-natural gas fuels were investigated in an internal combustion compression ignition engine in terms of engine performance and emissions. The experiments were conducted at a constant 1500 rpm engine speed. In addition to the no-load condition, the engine was loaded at 4 different torque values. In the continuation of experiments with diesel fuel, 25ppm CNT was added to diesel fuel and tests were carried out under the same conditions. An ultrasonic mixer was used to create the diesel + CNT fuel mixture. In addition, the experiments were completed with diesel + CNT fuel by adding 250 g / h natural gas to the combustion air.
