| The article discusses research investigating whether competence in digital technology is an innate ability or has evolved over generations. Topics include the technological skills and preferences of Turkish university students born in the digital age, called digital natives, whether digital natives have key competencies in technology usage or need to develop the knowledge and skills to use digital technologies, and necessary skills to use information and communication technologies (ICT). |
