Özet |
The advancement of additive manufacturing, particularly Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), has expanded its use in engineering applications, necessitating precise filament selection based on mechanical and thermal properties. This study systematically compares the mechanical properties—tensile strength, impact resistance, thermal resistance, and flexibility—of widely used engineering filaments, including Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK), engineering Polyamide (ePA), Polylactic Acid (PLA), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Polycarbonate (PC), alongside their carbon or glass fiber-reinforced composites. The results highlight the performance advantages of specific materials under structural loads, dynamic impacts, and high-temperature conditions, offering valuable insights into material selection for aerospace, automotive, and industrial machinery applications. The findings guide engineers and … |
