| Özet |
| Today, the increase in urbanization and the expansion of urban centers have led to the intertwining of industrial areas, residential areas and agricultural areas in many city centers. This situation causes agricultural soils to be significantly affected by anthropogenic pollution sources. Pollution of these soils poses a risk to human health when products consumed as food are grown. Therefore, these soils should be controlled for pollution. In this study, the change in the concentration of cobalt (Co), one of the most dangerous and harmful heavy metals for human and environmental health, was evaluated in soil samples taken from 20 different sampling stations at three different soil depths in agricultural soils within the borders of Yenimahalle District of Ankara Province. As a result of the study, it was determined that Co concentrations were quite high especially in locations close to industry and highways. |
