| The purpose of this research, in the light of the above explanations, is to demonstrate reflections of corporate governance in different countries of the world and in Turkey by explaining how corporate governance practices are shaped. In this context, in the research, practices composed on behalf of corporate governance in the USA, Brazil, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Russia, China, Japan and Turkey are taken in hand step by step in the direction of development process of this new management perspective and corporate governance approach is evaluated as comparatively between countries. |
