| Özet |
| In this study, the sensory perception status of Gen Z consumers towards ZWFD products was investigated by studying participants from countries with different developmental levels. For this purpose, we determine the criteria that consumers consider for ZWFD products. This study is an exploratory study; therefore, a qualitative research approach was adopted first, followed by a quantitative research approach for hypothesis testing. The sensory evaluation criteria were established based on interviews with consumers. Then, a quantitative research approach was adopted to test this hypothesis. Data were collected from 36 Gen Z participants in the UK and TR to draw statistical conclusions and test the research hypotheses.
