Özet
In this study, we have shown the model of a nanoscale dielectric capacitor composed of boron nitride dopants in graphene electrodes separated by a hydrogen insulating. It has been shown the dopants are suitable for hetero-structures of the BN-G/(BN-H2)m/BN-G capacitor rather than helium and neon gases. We specifically studied the dielectric properties of different thickness. It has been calculated the capacity, charge, voltage and energy for the model of the capacitor.
