Özet
Interaction between aquaporin channels with SWCNTs and SWBNNTs have been considered and the force fields (AMBER, and OPLS) in different temperatures (290-300) have been applied for AQPs-SWBNTs complexes. It has been exhibited a significant increase in the water permeability inside the AQPs channels via BN and C nanotubes. For aquaporin 4 which has been detected in different non-overlapping areas of the central nervous system, it has been shown within increasing temperature the kinetic energy also increases. The largest amount of kinetic energy is observed at 308 kelvin due to the slope line which indicates a more stable position compare to others. In this study, differences in force fields are illustrated by comparing the computed energy using various force fields such as Amber and OPLS.
