| Özet |
| Nanoscale dielectric capacitors have been widely studied due to their ability to store a high amount of energy. In this research, we have modeled one which is composed of a few dopants graphene layers including B, N separated by an insulating medium of Al-P layers. It has been indicated that the boron and nitrogen atoms are the suitable dopants for hetero-structures of the X-G//Al-P//X-G (X = Bô N) capacitor compared to those boron and nitrogen atoms. We have shown that the Quantum effect has appeared in BNG/Al-P/BNG capacitor due to electropositive-electronegative coupled of Al-P and this effect cannot occur in the two electro negative or two electro positive elements layers. |
