Özet
In this work we have shown an increase in water permeability that observed in AQPs resulting in dramatic swelling followed by dielectric of solvent. This study describes the developmental expression pattern of the water channel membrane proteins, aquaporins. The calculation of the interaction between aquaporins with some solvents has done. Total energy (Etot), Potential (Epot) and Kinetic (Ekin) energy (kcal/mol), calculated by the Monte Carlo simulation with Amber and OPLS force fields in different Temperature (290-300).
