| Özet |
| Multi component reactions (MCRs) are one of the most peculiar subjects in organic chemistry especially in combinational chemistry as an efficient tool in medicinal chemistry. In pharmaceutical point of view, among all multi component reactions, Biginelli reaction is one of the noteworthy reactions, as a one pot and simple approach for dihydropyrimidinones synthesis. Herein the thermodynamic data of the Biginelli reaction has been studied by ab initio and DFT level of theory using nanotechnology approach. |
