Özet
Pollen morphology of 5 species of acer l. were investigated with light microscopy (lm) and scanning electron microscopy (sem). Polar axis length is between 22-34 µm, and equatorial axis length is between 18-42 µm. ıntine thickness is 0, 3-1.5 µm, exine thickness is 1-2.5 µm. tricolporate pollen grain observed in a. palmatum thunb. and tricolpate pollen grains in other four species. rarely tetracolpate or syncolpace aperture observed in a. negundo. ornamentation shows difference in polar and equatorial region. a. campestre l. is determined irregular striate with rare perforation ornamented at equatorial and regular striate at polar area. a. platanoides l. is determined regular striate with dense perforation ornamented at equatorial and weakly striate-psilate at polar area. a. pseudoplatanus is determined regular striate with dense perforation ornamented at equatorial and regular striate-dense perforate at polar area. a …
