Özet
Sustainability of agriculture is of great importance in terms of the destruction of agricultural lands in the face of the ever-increasing population of today's world, the decrease in product diversity due to climate change, the endangerment of food security, the increasing poverty, the continuity of living life. Vertical agriculture, which brings a different perspective to agricultural activities with new production forms, emerges as a new understanding that aims to carry agricultural sustainability and agricultural production from rural to urban areas. Consumption of products produced by vertical agriculture by increasing their taste in gastronomy is an important target in terms of constantly developing gastronomy. With this study, it is aimed to examine the place and importance of vertical farming activities in the field of agriculture, to deal with food production and sustainability, and to evaluate the vertical agricultural products …
