| Özet |
| The aim of this study is to investigate national and international studies conducted to determine the possible relationship between argumentation and nature of science (NOS) pursuant to various problem scenarios; and to assert emergent study trends and gaps in the literature. In this study, which was conducted by meta-synthesis method; national and international studies that handle together approaches like argumentation, NOS, reasoning and epistemological understandings were investigated together. 36 international and 14 national published studies have been found for this study by searching databases, such as ERIC, YOK Thesis, SSCI and ULAKBİM Dergi Park, with the stated terms. It was determined from a descriptive point of view of international studies that they were categorizes under six problem situations; and they were mostly related to socioscientific issues. On the other hand, it was determined that national studies were categorized under three problem situations; and mostly about scientific issues. |
