Özet
Pseudoaneurysm formation is one of the rare but life-threatening complications of pancreatic pseudocysts that can cause massive bleeding. The most common affected vessel is splenic artery. Because of its rarity and a risk of severe bleeding, in this study, we want to present a case of splenic artery pseudoaneurysm that caused massive gastrointestinal bleeding occurring from rupture of the pseudoaneurysm into the cavity of pancreatic pseudocyst.
