| Özet |
| The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of diversity management determined/to be determined in order to facilitate the adaptation of international students studying in higher education institutions. The concept of diversity is defined as distinctive or non-distinctive features of language, religion, ethnicity, age, cultural background, disability, gender status, personality, lifestyle, ability and duties. The concept of diversity management is management practices that tolerate and value the differences of people within the organization. In this context, in this study, the perception levels of international students studying at Kastamonu University and the university's ability to manage perceived differences were examined using the quantitative research method. The study found that there is a strong positive relationship between students' perception of differences and their management of differences. While a significant relationship was observed between the sub-dimensions of diversity management, mutual communication and trust, satisfaction, mutual relationship and perception of difference; It is determined that Kastamonu University treats every international student the same regardless of the country they come from. |
