| Özet |
| In this study, fertilization ability of eggs, obtained by artificial stripping from female rainbow trout, after short term storage within ovarian fluid (4°C) was determined at different times. This experiment was conducted in triplicates. Seven different experimental groups were established and included 0. Min, 1. h, 2. h, 3. h, 4. h, 5. h and 6. h after artificial stripping. Besides ovarian fluid, methanolic extracts of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) and coriander (Coriandrum sativum) were used in the 5. and 6. h groups as natural immune booster. Every experimental groups were composed of 35-40g (~250) eggs. A 0.3 NaCl solution was used in sperm activation and fertilization procedure was performed.
