| Psychological tests are used so widely from educational sciences to journalism and tourism. These measurement tools which are preferred especially in scientific research are prepared both adaption and development studies and presented to the users. In order to measure the psychological constructs according to the goal of development, these tests should be revised and controlled with new studies. In the context of this study, five doctoral dissertations published in the last five years with the aim of development of scale in educational sciences were selected randomly and analyzed by using the checklist which was prepared based on the Education and Psychological Testing Standards book published by American Psychological Association in 1999.
