| Necessitative of reading is being important from day to day. Reading seems a necessitive for today’s society where technology and science is growing and information is increase rapidly. To follow developing and advance of reading continuity. According to this, reading habit’s important is to take care. Reading habit is necessitative for people to ve cultivated to developing and growing. In our country, while reading habit is researching, two facts are overlooked; firstly, reading habits in villiage; secondly, school libraries situaiton which has an important role for learning and developing reading habits in villiage schools. According to this, in this research, reading habits and school libraries are deal with teorical and practical area.
