Özet
In this study, the effects of different replacement levels of fish meal by lupin (Lupinus albus) meal (0%, ABU0; 15, ABU15;, 30, ABU30;, 45, ABU45 and 60 ABU60) were investigated in diet for rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in terms of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-8 genes expression levels and some immunological parameters. Test diets were formulated and prepared to contain 41.5% crude protein and 18.1% fat with fish meal and lupin meal as main protein sources. It was observed that the essential amino acid contents of the experimental feeds was higher than the requirement levels for trout. Blood and liver tissue samples from 15 fish from each group were taken at the end of the 60 days feeding experiment.
