Özet
Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate relationship between body composition and anaerobic power, jump and strength variables in international level cadet judo athletes. Methods: 10 cadet judo athletes (aged between 13 and 16) voluntarily participated in this study. Body compositions of the athletes were determined with bioelectrical impedance device (Tanita MC-980). Squat and active jumps were carried out by using Optojump and a treadmill (Monark) was used for Wingate anaerobic power test. Statistical significance was set at a p< 0.05 level and data are expressed as mean±standard error of the mean. The relationship between the variables was investigated by using Pearson's correlation coefficient.
