| Özet |
| This research is a quantitative study in which pre-school teacher candidates' attitudes about solid waste and recycling are investigated. The attitudes of pre-school teacher candidates were examined in terms of gender, age, grade level and economic status variables. 161 pre-school teacher candidates from the department of preschool teaching participated in the study, in which the survey model was used. In the research," Attitude Scale Towards Solid Waste and Recycling for Pre-service Teachers" developed by Karatekin (2013) was used as a data collection tool. In the research, it was determined that the attitudes of pre-school teacher candidates did not differ significantly in the dimensions of initiative and participation, interest and sensitivity according to gender. It has been determined that the attitudes of pre-school teacher candidates did not differ significantly according to their age and grade level, but differ significantly in the dimension of belief and interest and sensitivity according to the economic situation. The significant difference in both dimensions is in favor of low socioeconomic group. |
